State Wellness Center Pharmacy

The State Wellness Center Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy that was developed by the State Employees’ Insurance Board (SEIB) to provide conveniently accessible, quality, advanced pharmacy services for state and local government employees, and their families, who work in and around Montgomery.

Individuals who are insured primarily or secondarily by LGHIP can utilize the pharmacy. 

In order to ensure that the highest quality pharmacy services are provided, the SEIB Pharmacy is staffed by Auburn University faculty, staff, and employees who are trained to provide the highest quality pharmacy care.

An on-call pharmacist is available to patients and physicians in order to handle any medication emergencies occurring after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays. If you need a pharmacist during these times, call 334-322-7842.

How to become a patient at the State Wellness Center

If you have never had a prescription filled at the State Wellness Center Pharmacy, download and complete the New Patient Form.

  • Complete all information on the form. Be sure to clearly indicate your current pharmacy name, address, city, and phone number.
  • Email, fax, or drop off the form using the fax or email below.
  • Our pharmacist will call the pharmacy that you indicated on your form to transfer all of your active prescriptions.

How to send your prescription to the pharmacy

  • Prescriptions can be filled from any physician (in-state or out-of state).
  • New prescriptions can be sent by your physician’s office to the pharmacy via fax, telephone, or e-prescribed. 
  • For refills, call the pharmacy and use the automated system or speak to one of our friendly staff.
